Why Life Begins at 40?

Isn’t it a common thought that why life begins at 40? There are plenty of published “life begins at 40 books” from all over the world. However in this book I wanted to share sincere thoughts. At the same time, real experiences of almost a hundred women from the World.

Age 40 is a milestone for women to stop, think and decide how to live the rest of life. The enlightenment, empowerment and evolution are not accidental. On the contrary, age 40 is the clock alarm set by the “holy timing” of the universe. I call it “The New Life After Forty”.

Why Life Begins at 40?

We wait for meal to cook, for wine to age, for fruit to ripen.  Why do we want to criticize a woman when she is lack of experience? So why do we tend to do this? Why are we so keen to throw away, destroy, neglect? Why do we put obstacles in life? Scientists say that human life is 150 years. We assume with today’s awareness 40 years is a necessity to be prepared for life. And isn’t it true life begins at forty?

Regardless of religion or language, as women get older, they inevitably put obstacles in their life. We want retirement, we set a goal for happiness. Generally speaking, we say that after 40, we can not have a child. We can get married at the age of 60. Then we can still work at the age of 70, we can ski at the age of 80, we can go on a world trip at the age of 90… This is what excites me very much. Isn’t that great? This is to declare your agelessness, break the rules and live the miracle. This is exactly what I want to explain in this book, why life begins at 40.
